[Dxbase] DXCC submission

I'm getting ready for a pretty substantial DXCC submission (7 pages, 260 
Q's so far). The League wants cards with multiple Qs separated from the 
individual band cards, but I've got a pretty substantial mix of everything 
here. Is there a way to create a submission with multiple-QSO cards at the 
end? How would these even be identified in DXBase, anyway?

Next, how would I go about using LoTW confirmations in place of cards? I 
have cards for everything, but I think 46 or so are also confirmed via 
LoTW. I don't fully understand the processes I should follow for a split 
LoTW/hard-card submission, in as much as DX Base is concerned. I don't 
download ADIF files from the League, rather, I input each confirmation 
manually after checking the site daily. I want to make sure my records are 
the same as Newington's in this matter.
