[Dxbase] Dumb Question Time

I've noticed that if you have something in the "Select" or "Award" column selected that it changes color, I think it is green, but when you are color blind who knows?

Anyway,  I work K5K on Kingman Reef when it was active back in Oct 2000.  I got it confirmed on 4 bands.  Within DXBase should I mark all 4 contacts toward the DXCC award, think 5BDXCC eventually.  Would this help?  I know it doesn't change the country count, but does it still need to be showed as DXCC when it is really 5BDXCC?

Man that's confusing.  If you have trouble translating that let me know, it's Monday after all.
