[Dxbase] Cannot Get DXBase '05 To Install

Decided to retire my old 400 MHz HP for a faster machine. Everything has
made the transfer from the old machine to the new except DX Base 2005. I
copied the key Jack sent me and double clicked it and when it asked me if I
want to place it in the registry I said "yes". In fact I've double clicked
now about 20 times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the entire program.
Nothing. It still comes up in trial mode. For the record:

2.7 GHz Intel Celeron proc, Win XP Pro w/SP1, 1.5 GB RAM

Any ideas?
