[Dxbase] C.A.T.S. Rotor Control

Having some issues getting DXBase to interface with the C.A.T.S. Rotor
Control. This control is supposed to have the same control protocols as
the Hy-Gain rotor, but I cannot get DXBase to control it. My serial port
is working with DXBase; when I check the "activate rotor-1" button and
close user options, the lights flash on the C.A.T.S. control, but the
control buttons in DXBase do nothing to control the rotor (I made sure
that I do not have "Rotor-2" selected on the rotor control bar) . 

Is anyone using DXBase with this controller?  Are there any port
settings I need to attend to on my PC, or any other suggestions what to
do to troubleshoot this problem?
