[DXBase] add sorts to user designed lists

Art,

In the report designer that all of us can use (the COMBIT s/w
that is built-into the DXbase program) - you can ONLY sort
on one field ... the Crystal Reports let me do the sorting on
"multiple" fields -- what do you want to see in your report
(that I will gladly make for you) - as far as the columns of
info that will be shown??
