[DXBase] add sorts to user designed lists

Hi,

I just found my old shoe boxes of long missing QSL cards
going back to 1979.  Boy am I greatly relieved!  Now I have
to start getting read for my submission for 5BDXCC plus 12m,
17m & 30m endorsements. First I need to organized my cards
and I want to have a reference report to sort the cards by.
I would like to sort by country and then by band.  I've
written the report but I can only sort by DXCC pfx and after
that it sorts by date.

I have 2 questions:

How do I add a second sort?

Also, has anyone written a 5BDXCC submission report?
