[DXBase] Argonaut V (516) control from DXBase 2004

Does anyone have DXBase 2004 talking to an Argonaut V either directly or =
via Carl N4PY's Pegasus control software?    Is it necessary to create =
an entry in the RADIOS.INI file?   I've tried setting DXBase up to talk =
to a non-serial Pegasus and pointed to the C:\N4PY folder but can't seem =
to get any interaction.

Carl's N4PY software works fine directly so the PC to Argonaut is wired =
and talking ok.
