[DXBase] Printing a comment field

I am sure this is simple.  I often am mobile and need to print the county 
on a card.  If I put it in Notes I can't figure out a way to print it on 
the card.  The special fields are not large enough for the information.  I 
would like to see a log field for my current county that would over-ride 
the default fixed county.  But in the meantime how do I include this 
information on a QSL?
