[DXBase] New patch

Hi Jack,

I am noticing problems with the patch that I didn't notice
before.  For example I am connected to the internet cluster
right now and sometime when I move the mouse to the START
button and right click (to go to the file manager - Explore)
it can take up to 15 or more seconds before the menu comes
up.  I'm using XP, I have a gig of memory in this computer,
and running nothing but DXbase.  This also happens after
disconnecting from the cluster.
