[DXBase] Dxbase 2003 Crashing on loadup.

Hi All,
i have just reinstalled Windows 2000 Pro on my computer, and i have reinstalled DXbase 2003 on it but when i try and load dxbase up it automatically crashes.
How do i fix this?
