I just reinstalled my dual monitors and Somehow I lost my transmit toolbar. I have turned it on and off at "VIEW" to no avail. It's nowhere to be found. I also lost the floating Ad for Eudora the sponsored mode. Have tried resizing screens and pixels... nada. H E L P 73, Ed W4EP
