[DXBase] RIG CTRL FROM INTERNET SPOT

Thanks to all that helped. I was clicking on the DX call column instead of
the type. I used LogWindows before and you logged the spot and controlled
the rig with a double-click of the DX call sign. Old habits are hard to
break.

I have rig control enabled for my Yaesu FT-990. Should DXbase automatically
set my rig to the correct mode and frequency when I log an Internet spot or
am I missing a step?
