[DXBase] Com Ports

I have installed a PCI serial port card in my computer for Com3 and Com4.
The CW does not work.The address for com3 is DFFO-DFF7 where my radio is 
hooked up for CW.
Does mean that I will have to go in and change my address in DxBase or some 
where else?
