[DXBase] State field error in ADIF import

Gary,
DXbase's ADIF import conforms to the ADIF standards. I suspect you will
find that the US State info is being populated into a QTH field in your .adi
file. You might be able to modify this field name in your .adi file by
changing it to conform with the ADIF standards.
