Sorry, I accidentally deleted your email so no reply.
But.
I think if you view the WL .adi file, with Notepad, you will see that the
info is in the qth field.
That's due to the contest probably asking for it.

You can do a find/replace, change it to a <state> field and reimport.

This is a frequent complaint of contest programs due to the exchange
requirements of the contest.
