[DXBase] Eliminate tag line

Dennis,

Take the QSL Card file that you are using - into the Label Designer
module .. and highlight that TEXTBOX that contains the 

Created by DXbase 98

and hit the DELETE key -- then SAVE the file .. you are ready
then to user it..
