[DXBase] Eliminate tag line

On some cards when I print out a 4 up it prints Created by DXbase 98 at the 
bottom.
How do I keep this from happening.  It does not happen on the smart card or 
multiple
but does on one that I used the ducky and replaced it with ARRL Life logo.

PS - this is my second day using DXbase and like what I see so far.  Takes 
some getting used to.
