[DXBase] KZ5 Canal Zone QSO's not registering as worked or confirmed

Tony,

For these Qs, take a look at the prefix field in your log and make sure it
has the Canal Zone.  Take a look at the Valid field and make sure it is
marked as valid.  Take a look at the mode field and make sure it has the
right mode.
