[DXBase] KZ5 Canal Zone QSO's not registering as worked or confirmed

Jack,
I have 5 contacts with the Canal Zone that were made and confirmed before it
was a deleted country on 9-30-1979 DXBase shows them as confirmed with a
card but when I do a report to show worked/confirmed countries including
deleted countries, the row for Canal Zone are all *'s.
Also show as NOT WORKED if I do a DXCC Statistics to include deleted
countries.
