[Dx4win] Date Range Filter and Export to LOTW issues

I see the same thing.   HOWEVER, it DOES obey whatever band and mode I
chose before choosing the date.  So even though the box pops up for
the end date, and the QSO window says 160/CW, I still get the search I
wanted (i.e. 40m FT8).  Just fill in the date range LAST.
