[Dx4win] Date Range Filter and Export to LOTW issues

A date range / lotw export problem just popped up.  Date range worked fine through my 04/15/2026 date range filter of 04/01/2016 to 04/15/2026.  Now when I run the 04/16/2026 to 04/30/2026 date range filter, the filter inserts "80" in the band and "cw" in the mode.  None of my recorded QSOs are "80" or "cw" so it seems the search filter is pulling  this data from somewhere.  When I try to export this filtered subset to lotw, I get  Zero records.  This is the only time this has happened in over a decade.  Please help.

Also, how do I change my user level?  I go to File / Preferences / Personal and I do not see where I can see my current user level selection or how to select a different choice.
