[Dx4win] Need som LOTW upload advice

Ok I’m stumped. MyNew QTH is April 21,2022QSO # starting 11328 within my log
How to create a group?LOTW>’export to LOTW’?   Where is the .adi file found?    When I do this it points me to the wsjt.adi file.  
I’ve read and searched  the dx4 help, but I’m lost.  I have about 3k of QSO I would like to upload to LOTW.
