[Dx4win] Need som LOTW upload advice

I agree with Guy. Expanding on what he's saying:

You should upload only the QSOs since you moved to South Carolina.  That
may be as simple as a filter in DX4win or you can tell TQSL to only upload
QSOs from that starting date.

You need to create a Station Location with your South Carolina QTH details.
Think of that as a QSL card: your cards from your former location use your
old QSL Card (Station Location), and ones from SC need to use a different
QSL card (Station Location).

Don't upload every QSO again. Doing that will probably flip your old QSOs
to South Carolina, causing people to lose credit for wherever your prior
QTH was.
