[Dx4win] LOTW issue?

All,
The only thing I can Add to this problem is that LoTW showing 
your confirmed Total +1 for a few weeks now.
I already contacted Sharon for that.
Just do F8 with Y in LoTW Cnfm
And count, you will see that the total is 1 less

I'm unable to use Jim's utility that compares DX4WIN's DXCC report with
LOTW's records. It appears that the reason is LOTW's *DXCC QSL Download*
<https://lotw.arrl.org/lotwuser/logbook/qslcards.php?ac_acct=1>, needed for
the utility, is giving no data in its downloads.

Anyone else experiencing this?
