Hello Jean Paul,
Look at Files > Preferences > Personal (the first tab). Under the address are windows for Worked Cutoff and Mailed Cutoff. You can enter numbers in these windows and QSOs earlier than that will not appear in reports. I use 3650 (ten years) for worked and 365 for mailed. There is a better explanation of this in the help file under "Worked cutoff".
