[Dx4win] Changed QRZ Password, No F3 Ext. Data.

It's possible that some of the special characters in your password are
not working with DX4WIN.  Try creating a password on QRZ.com that is
only UPPER and lower-case letters and digits, but no special
characters.  Once that works, try the same password in DX4WIN.
