Hello Jay,

Try writing and saving your config file.  Some of the External Data info is
stored in there.
File > Preferences > File > Write configuration File.  Save changes and
exit.

All I did was change my QRZ.com password.
My F3 has been working for two years.
I have gone into DX4WIN Ext. Data tab and entered the new PW multiple times
but the lookup still isn't working.
