[Dx4win] Set Startup Speed on new WinKey Mini (WKmini) CW keying interface

Just installed the new WinKey Mini  known as the WKmini  CW keying interface here on DX4WIN Version 9.0.9.1259.

The new WKmini is a straightforward interface with no more speed knob and message buttons, etc.

Quite frankly, I like it a lot.

The only thing I dislike is that the interface now starts up each time at 60 WPM.   I could set the previous WinKey to whatever startup speed I wanted (EX: 26 WPM) by setting the speed knob.

This new device does not have that capability and I have to manually set the speed (ALT- F9 down) from 60 WPM each time I start DX4WIN.

My Question:  Is there any way to configure the speed at DX4WIN startup to a standard  (EX: 26 WPM) or whatever with this new WinKey interface?   My contest logging program (Writelog) does it, but not DX4WIN.
