[Dx4win] Trouble with dx cluster.

It's possible that your usual cluster is down, that happens with mine from
time to time. Which cluster is it?

Running version 9.0 on a Windows 10 laptop.  Suddenly without warning I
cannot connect to my normal dx cluster over the internet.  When I attempt to
connect my call appears in the top packet window.  I can however connect to
other clusters.

Any ideas?
