[Dx4win] Trouble with dx cluster.

If you can connect to other clusters, everything is working on your end.
Your regular cluster must be down.

Running version 9.0 on a Windows 10 laptop.  Suddenly without warning I
cannot connect to my normal dx cluster over the internet.  When I attempt
to connect my call appears in the top packet window.  I can however connect
to other clusters.

Any ideas?
