[Dx4win] Data file and utility updates coming this weekend

This weekend I hope to release (for DX4WIN) an updated Country File
(incl. QSL managers), as well as an updated Custom Awards database.
The Parks on the Air folks added a number of new parks, one of which I
worked (K-9xxx), only to find out that it is not in the current
database.  I also have fixes for the DOK award and other updates that
I have recently downloaded.

*** If you have any issues with the existing versions of these
databases, please let me know ASAP so I can address them.  This
includes callsigns identified as the wrong DXCC entity or CQ zone, as
well as incorrect QSL managers and/or manager addresses.  I do not
have a good way to keep mailing addresses for QSL managers up-to-date,
so I rely on people telling me about such changes.

Finally, I also hope to release the latest version of this program:

There are a lot of minor changes, most of which have been tested but
not released (going back a year or so).  The last update, which I have
not done yet but is on the list, is for the Maryland-DC QSO Party.
