[Dx4win] Russian District Award automatic confirmation available online

   There is a "Russian District Award" (RDA) diploma program:
   http://rdaward.org/indexeng.htm.  The goal in the last 20 years has
   been to confirm QSOs with all the districts of Russia.  There is now
   automatic confirmation available online:  https://mydx.eu.  No
   application necessary; you send in payment and your postal address.
   Several certificates are available.  https://mydx.eu/?tab=spots.  Cost
   for each is 10 euros, via PayPal.  There are 2,642 districts in
   Russia.
