I am happy to report that the historical Islands on the Air project is
complete, for now.  I finished the remaining European callsigns for
this release.  Most of the Russian and Ukrainian IOTA callsigns
beginning with 'U', as well as calls beginning with 'Y' and 'Z', had
already been added, so there was not much work left to do.  I also
added the following:

- Alaskan IOTA from 1997-2009 (some rare ones in there)
- More SV8 callsigns, especially 2x1 format (like SX8M, SY8A etc.)
- Brazil callsigns beginning with 'Z' from 1997-2009 (like ZX1A, ZY7FO etc.)

I am happy to answer questions and make corrections.  I appreciate
those who have already sent them.  You can read a little more here:
