Hello Alex,

Best way to install dx4win is to follow Paul's instructions :-)  Do NOT
install it in the Program Files or Program Files(x86) directories.  Best to
use either the root directory (c:\) or a special directory for radio
programs.

Try the FTDX3000; they probably look about the same to logging programs.

DXspots.com is already in the database:
AE5E>Thief River Falls-MN,dxspots.com:7300
Just highlight it and click OK.
Do any of the DX clusters work?  Try one of the other clusters already
installed in the program to make sure your settings are correct.  There may
be a problem with AE5E.

I'm new to Dx4win.
Could anybody help?
What is the best and easiest way to start and install Dx4win?
I tried to work on Dx4win installation yesterday, but I didn't get very far.
In preferences my radio Yaesu FTDX5000 is not an option to pull down.

For unexplained reasons the folder that I made on the desktoppreviously for
dx4win disappeared. I was able to pull later down from the program section
using the start windows button.
