[Dx4win] Fwd: DX4WIN V9 license for AK1MD

I’m new to Dx4win.
Could anybody help?
What is the best and easiest way to start and install Dx4win?
I tried to work on Dx4win installation yesterday, but I didn't get very far. In preferences my radio Yaesu FTDX5000 is not an option to pull down.
