[Dx4win] Adding CWSkimmer to DX4WIN.TCP

 Hi Guy,Thanks, but I am still using v. 8.0.5, waiting v. 9 to stabilise (I see still lot of questions and demands..).
That's why I want to add it to the .TCP file..

You should be able to add this CW skimmer address to clusters.txt
DX4WIN.TCP is from previous release not 9.xx
