[Dx4win] Labels

I had not printed mailing labels for a while.  I got an envelope from the
buro the other day so I had to print some.  



For some reason unknown to me the labels did not print the way they did the
last time I printed them.  Instead of showing all the information I usually
got on the labels, it only printed the date of the qso,the time of the qso
the band of the qso,the signal report of the qso and the mode of the qso. 
Verified and printed by DX4WIN also was printed at the bottom.  The call of
the station I worked was not printed.    
Same problem when I show preview look ok but don't print call sign worked when I run labels
