[Dx4win] DX4WIN Will Not Start

Was hoping someone had the right answer before I started speculating.  

Not sure, but I think some things are cleaned up deleting (or rename for
now) "config.dat" in SAVE directory.

Worth a try.  Might have to reset all your configurations if you have not
saved.

I can rename members.dat to .datx and DX4WIN still launches so something
else.

Hi Zoran,

I used your members.dat file.
It did not fix the problem.
DX4WIN still fails to start with access denied to members.dat.

Unsettling to have DX4WIN dead in the water.

Still need help from anyone.
