[Dx4win] DX4WIN Will Not Start

I had the same problem after an update failed. 

Wound up changing the home directory name for dx4win, and then downloading and installing a new version of dx4win. Before moving everything over to the new install, needed to run the update. Then just moved my license file, log files, and preferences over to the new one install. Now works like a champ!
