DX4WIN Will Not Start

DX4WIN failed to start today. Never happened before.

Reboot does not solve the problem.

Error Report says:
Exception Class EFOpenError
Exception Message "Cannot open file C:\dx4w904\save\members.dat". Access is
denied.

Please need help!!!

I'm dead in the water without DX4WIN running. Never happened before!
