[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY country file Release #20.6 - updated 07 April 2020

[Jim Reisert AD1C]

There was a problem with the geographic coordinates of IOTA AS-207,
which resulted in incorrect beam headings and sunrise/sunset times.  I
 fixed the problem and uploaded new country files.  This is the only
change. To get the fix:

V9 users - Help | Check for Updates
V8 and earlier users - DX4WIN Data Updater
