[Dx4win] WINKEY USB and DX4WIN

Hello Dave,
Both Winkeyer firmware 30.60 and 31.52 are working fine for me with the last DX4WIN update, without any re-install or re-config.
I think your Winkeyer memory was somehow messed up after updating to the firmware.
