[Dx4win] County And WAS Listing Error

[Bud Governale]

Changing all DC states to MD leaves state "31" after WY with no state
listing and nothing in any of the associated boxes.

The county listing still has a blank after WY, gibberish in the county name
and a W in the status box.
Double clicking on the W still lists my whole log of 286,569 entries.

Need help resolving this issue.
