[Dx4win] County And WAS Listing Error

In reports, County Listing, the last entry shows the State column empty.
The state name column is gibberish and a W is in the last column.
Double clicking on the W lists my whole log of 286,569 entries.

In Reports, WAS Listing, the last entry after WY is the number 31 for the
state.

How do we fix this to prevent looking for something that doesn't exist?
