[Dx4win] Anyone using the rotor interface to a Yaesu G-1000DXA?

Hello Lee

I use exactly the configuration you have described (dx4win, ERC,
G1000DXA, rotor card is not needed to me plus writelog). It works
perfectly. The rotator had a small problem after 14 years (a screw
inside the rotor is loosen). I opened the rotor and repaired it myself.
I use 450 degrees but I think you can program it in ERC. It has happened
to me in another installation to rotate the antenna and the coax was not
long enough. The coax broke in the connector. Rotor had not any problem.
I would consider also prosistel rotator right now. Interface is
included, rotor is much better and not more expensive at least for me
(abt 50 euros more than the 1000).
