Hi David
I uploaded the full 7O8AA log (years ago) in its intirety, and it will
not change.
I uploaded it once.
Am I part of the 25% ?

Over half (58%) of all LOTW users have not uploaded QSO data in the past year and more than 25% have not uploaded in the last five years. The search provides a convenient way to view a station's last upload date which can be helpful in deciding whether to send a card or wait for lotw confirmation. Also, it does not require an XML subscription. Just an example.
