[Dx4win] Update problems

Turns out this is a problem with the fall update of windows 10, which by default enforces “controlled folder access”. Switch this off (in windows defender) and the update goes through seamlessly.
I see this with a number of other applications which are denied write access to necessary folders….
Another “feature”!
