[Dx4win] Missing DOK award in 9.01 is not missing at all!

I forgot to mention:

You *will* have to run the "Check Custom Awards" function under
Multiple QSO Operations in order to covert the old DOK award to the
DLD award.  See the message I sent out earlier today to the reflector:
