[Dx4win] Missing DOK award in 9.01 is not missing at all!

The DOK award was renamed to match the WAEDC web site:

    [DLD]  Deutschland Diplom (German DOK)

You should find all your DOK there.  It has been so long since I
changed this that I forgot about it.
