[Dx4win] Sunrise /sunset window

Hi,
I just installed, I copied over the whole directory to a notebook -Windows 7 everything seems to be fine everything is there except I can't open the sunrise sunset window I didn't see anything in the archive
Anybody have the answer ?
I don't see it behind any of the windows I've been moving them around
